Catherine M. Recker named to the Top 10 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers List for 2023

Welsh & Recker is proud to announce that co-founding partner Catherine M. Recker has been named to the Top 10 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers List for 2023. Ms. Recker’s selection, the second of her career, was based on an evaluation of 12 criteria, including peer recognition and outstanding professional achievement in the legal field.

With more than 30 years of experience, Ms. Recker defends individuals and corporations in criminal investigations, trials, appeals and other government enforcement and regulatory matters. Her esteemed white-collar practice reflects a wide range of matters, including securities and financial fraud, political corruption, violations of federal tax and antitrust law, as well as the U.S. Food Drug and Cosmetic Act and False Claims Act violations.

Among other professional honors, Ms. Recker is a member of the Board of Regents of the American College of Trial Lawyers, an invitation-only fellowship of preeminent lawyers in the United States and Canada, and a member of the American Law Institute. She was reappointed by Chief Justice John Roberts of the U.S. Supreme Court in 2021 to serve on the Federal Criminal Rules Advisory Committee.
