Care Shoaibi joined Welsh & Recker as an associate in 2026.

Care graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2024 and was elected to the Order of the Coif. She served as a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and as a member of the National Moot Court team, where her team earned the “Best Brief” award for the region. Care was a Littleton Fellow, serving as an instructor and mentor to first year law students in their mandatory Legal Practice Skills course. Before attending law school, Care was an associate at the Milken Institute, Center for Public Health, in Washington, D.C.
