Richard Walk has experience working in all stages of civil and criminal enforcement matters.  He works tirelessly on behalf of clients facing allegations of violating both the securities laws and Title 18, including insider trading, sales of unregistered securities, misrepresentations in financial statements, price fixing, healthcare fraud, tax fraud, wire and mail fraud.  He helps clients who need to respond to subpoenas or prepare to be witnesses as well as those preparing for trial or appealing a conviction. 

Richard graduated from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2019.  He participated in Temple Law’s highly regarded Trial Advocacy Program and received a Certificate in Trial Advocacy and Litigation upon graduation.  Richard was a Fellow of the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society for his work in public service during law school and his pro bono work for the Employment Advocacy Program.  Before attending law school, Richard was a paralegal for the litigation and health sciences groups at a large multinational law firm’s Philadelphia office.
