Lindsay Kim Chung’s practice is focused on the defense of individuals and corporations in criminal investigations, trials and appeals and in parallel civil proceedings involving government enforcement and regulatory matters. Ms. Kim Chung’s litigation experience includes securities fraud, insider trading, tax fraud, Food Drug and Cosmetic Act violations, violations of anti-kickback laws, environmental violations, immigration fraud, money laundering, counterfeiting, firearms, narcotics, child pornography and bank and Hobbs Act robbery matters.

• Pharmaceutical company employees in investigations related to alleged violations of the Food Drug and Cosmetic Act.
• Defendant charged with immigration fraud and conspiracy.
