We have represented biotech, research and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as individuals suspected of violating technical provisions of the Food, Drug Act and Cosmetic Act. In this context, we have been involved in matters ranging from mere civil investigations by the FDA and False Claims Act proceedings by the United States Attorneys’ Office, to criminal charges that were ultimately tried before a jury.

As law enforcement attempts to enforce standards against the industry in areas such as off-label promotion and average wholesale price litigation, we have represented our clients in defending against such investigations and prosecutions.
